Cynthia Diersen is a beauty industry professional of 25 years. Her passion for all things beauty drove her to high achievements covering a broad spectrum of the industry including becoming the color talking head for a major beauty manufacturer, aiding in the development of hair care products, color, and tools, hosting webinars for numerous companies and schools as well as designing international skill refining trainings for the licensed professionals.

Cynthia Diersen is the recipient of Editorial and Excellence in Education awards, as well as a Behind The Chair Nominee for the Creative Color category. In addition; she has earned invitations to style the contestants at the Miss USA and Miss America Organizations as well as styling the runways of Miami Fashion Week; most recently leading her own team of stylists at New York Fashion Week. 

Her skills and knowledge in hair have been sought and published amongst major magazines including Oprah, Elle, InStyle, Estetica, Better Homes & Gardens, INSIDER, Sophisticates, Modern Salon, American Salon, Behind The Chair and more. She dedicated 20 years of her career to developing and presenting the latest trends in hair at national and international beauty trade shows.

Today, Cynthia focuses on expanding her salon businesses and private coaching to beauty professionals. She continues to offer her expertise to product developers and manufacturers while sharing the best products and technology beyond the licensed professionals.
