For the past 25 years, my career has taken me all over the world to share my techniques in hair coloring, cutting, styling and the love for this ever evolving industry.

With my salon readiness program, I have trained countless hairdressers from student level to masters in hairdressing. Most of my students gain and surpass the skill level of a seasoned hairdresser in a fraction of the time once licensed. My goal as your educator is to work with your weaknesses to grow them into your strengths.

I look forward to helping you understand the cause and effect of hair dressing, which is the whole reason I developed The “Why” Factor Salon Readiness Program; a simple, yet often skipped step in understanding the development of a style.
